Saperavi is Red, dry, Qvevri wine made form Saperavi 100%. It is made Tsinandali, Kakheti Regio of Georgia.
This intense dark red almost black dry wine is crafted by old Georgian method in Qvevri, beeswax-coated terracotta pots buried in the earth, which is now on UNESCO cultural heritage list. Where alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation done spontaneous and 30 days skin contact.
This powerful Saperavi offers aromas of black cherry and blackberries, with silky tannin and long finish.
