Adjapsandali is a traditional Georgian vegan stew made with aubergines, peppers, carrots,potatoes, onions, garlic, seasoned with pepper and salt.

It is presented on a bed of a fried potato slices.

It is mild and can be eaten  cold or hot.

One portion is 350 grams.
