Rkaciteli – Qvevry
Rkaciteli is Qvevri amber dry wine made from Rkatsiteli 100%. It is made in Tsinandali, Kakheti Regio of Georgia. Qvevri Rkatsiteli made with 100% Rkatsiteli grape variety, grown in appellation Tsinandali, Kakheti Region of Georgia – country of mountains, wine and poetry.
This beautiful amber, dry wine is crafted by old Georgian method in Qvevri, beeswax-coated terracotta pots buried in the earth, which is now on UNESCO cultural heritage list. The wine is fermented spontaneously by wild yeasts, 6 months skin contact and non-filtered.
This Rkatsiteli amber wine is full-bodied with pleasant candied grapes and dried fruit aromas. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.0%
